CHILDREN PARLIAMENTS-CREATING THE LEADERS OF THE FUTURE
The solutions for the complex problems of the world are very simple and the best way to deal with them is to prepare the leaders of the future, the children that will create the new world of peace and harmony.To create a safe environment were children can practice direct democracy and be able to develop proposals on how they would run the world is the way for creating empowered leaders. On this workshop we will share the tools for management of discussion groups and proposal development, tools that are useful for anyone that plans to work in groups and make decisions together.The sociocracy children parliament is a project developed in india and it’s changing the world view on how to create a new paradigm of living on the dynamics of social groups and organizations...the real change is social and it’s about how can we work together and this is the way that provides the best results.
Hélder Valente (bio)
Hélder a researcher on how can we create a new system for everyone to live in harmony with nature and with each other. After many years looking into the best way to achieve this goals the answer became very simple and it all starts with the way we make decisions and the way we communicate our ideas. Hélder combines the permaculture principles, the principles of sociocracy and to formulate a new ethical system for harmonic management of projects were everyone can feel to the maximum that they can participate and share ideas.
VISION QUEST FOR RECONNECTION WITH OUR PERSONAL GIFTS
With this quest we will be diving on to our collective subconscious mind to observe what are our inner attributes and gifts that were presented to us from the beginning of times so that we could be agents of personal and collective positive change.
There will be a focus on listening to our inner voice and the "sacred word of power" that anyone can express on any moment on any space and any time, this skill of manifesting our wisdom as creators of new realities will be integrated in a way that participants will be able to take it anywhere they go on their future trips
The activation of our inner child is the key for a deeper connection with our personal needs and the needs of others around us and of the planet.
Helder Valente
Helder Valente has dedicated his life to support others develop their inner power, by using empowering dynamic exercises were people interact with each other to discover the answers for a new world were we can live in harmony with mother earth and with other human beings and preserving the planet for the future generations.
Already as a child he began observing the phenomenon of patterns in nature and the way elements relate and interact,. Being son of two portuguese grandmothers that practiced chamanism, his connection with the language of nature and the voice of spirits was present at a very early age.
The quest for a deeper connection with the ecological and social landscapes made him become a international permaculture expert and a leading facilitator on social permaculture and sociocracy, tools that he used to solve situations of violent communication, conflict resolution and decision making challenges in companies, NGOs, and indigenous communities.
Helder creates an intensive social interdependent network of ideas and creativity diving on to our collective subconscious mind to observe what are our inner attributes and gifts , so that we can become agents of personal and collective positive change.
This change of perspective made him learn with various healers, shamans and curanderos of several indigenous groups what is to be a spiritual being, his conclusions became very simple, We are all connected and we are all ONE.
