Descrição: Nasce uma ideia! Temos tecnologia, temos recursos, temos o "know-how", até temos
a equipa ... Vamos em frente pois temos também a motivação, é o momento!

Mesmo assim, grande parte destes sonhos não floresce, não frutifica e acaba por ficar esquecido
numa gaveta da memória, muitas vezes com a etiqueta "frustação".

Acumulando anos de experiência em vivências comunitárias, arranque de projectos, comunidades,
visitando, vivendo, partilhando, sobretudo em permacultura, fomos percebendo a maior limitação:
o factor humano, emocional e suas complexas relações sociais como chaves para a aprendizagem,
mudança e capacidade de materialização de sonhos colectivos!

Nesta proposta oferecemos um fim de semana intensivo que incluí:

Resolução de Conflitos Sociocracia Gestão de Projeto Tomas de Decisão
Comunicação não Violenta Educação Criativa Dinâmicas de Grupo Dragon Dreaming


 Com este curso poderás entender mais sobre o que é o Design Social,
e quais as dificuldades e soluções para organizar e gerir um colectivo humano, como uma comunidade,
uma empresa, associação, ecovila, família, etc... Iremos abordar vários aspectos da vivência colectiva,
e experimentar também práticas específicas, para gerar harmonia, concenso e eficiência em grupos
humanos.

Descrição: An idea as born! We have the technology, we have resources, we have know-how,
we even have a team... Go forward, because we also have motivation, the moment is know!

Even with all those ingredients, big part of this dreams doesn't flower, doesn't succeed, and many times
it ends stored in the frustration of someone.

With years of experience in communitary experiences, project development, communities, by visiting,
living, sharing, mainly in permaculture, we understood the biggest limitation: the human factor,
emotional in it's complex social relations, as keys for learning, changing and hability to materialize
of collective dreams.

Why Participate? With this wordlcamp you will be able to understand more about Social Design,
which are the dificulties and solutions to organize and manage a human colective, community,
company, ecovillage, etc... We will talk about collective living, and also experiment some practices,
that allow us to create harmony, consense and efficience in human groups.
